ELIGIBILITY

Golden Shot Photography Awards is open to all Photographers: Amateur and Professional from all over the world. Anyone over 18 years of age can enter the competition with the exception of employees of the Golden Shot Photography Awards, their associated companies and employees of any company chosen to sponsor prizes for the competition.

By registering and entering the Golden Shot Photography Awards Competition you hereby accept these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Competition, you agree and acknowledge that the Golden Shot Photography Awards is permitted to receive your registration data.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

To participate in the competition, you must upload your entry to the website WWW.GSPAWARDS.COM and carefully follow the on-screen instructions.By entering this competition, you acknowledge that the Golden Shot Photography Awards has the right to receive your registration information.The Golden Shot Photography Awards may publish any content you submit, upload, email, or transmit to it or the website at its discretion, and it reserves the right to edit or delete any such content before publication.

Any image submitted to the competition may be used by the Golden Shot Photography Awards and its media partners solely for marketing and promotional purposes related to the competition. Thus, you grant the Golden Shot Photography Awards a non-exclusive and irrevocable license for the use of each entry in all media worldwide in connection with this competition.
All awarded entries will be published online on the website WWW.GSPAWARDS.COM.

There is no limit to the number of images each artist can submit. Images that have won prizes in other competitions or that have been submitted to ongoing competitions are also eligible.
There are no time or date restrictions on when the images were taken.
You may enter the same image into multiple categories.

HOW TO ENTER

Create your online profile here, upload your images and pay entry fees. Your entry is submitted when entry fees are paid. You will receive an entry confirmation e-mail upon payment of entry fees.

PREPARING FILES FOR UPLOAD Photographs must be resized to 2000 pixels on the longest side. They must be saved as JPEG file (JPG).

Prepare your files with the following specifications:

• sRGB or Adobe98 color space, 8-bit,
• longest dimension equals 2000 pixels,
• saved as a JPEG at a setting of 10 (100%) or higher,
• no watermarks / copyright units / logos on images,
• only bleed photographs without borders,
• do not include any characters such as @, $, #, as a part of the file name.

PRIZE

1000$ + TROPHY + MEDALS + ONLINE CERTIFICATE

Cash prize will be paid in USD by Visa card. Any fees incurred for foreign currency transfers will be deducted from the winning amount. There are no alternatives available for prize winners.

COPYRIGHTS

The copyright of all images will always remain with the photographer. For selected images, copyright holders grant the Golden Shot Photography Awards the right to use high-resolution images unlimitedly and non-exclusively across all media, including social media, for promotional activities related to the contest, without any remuneration being required.

Additionally, copyright holders of awarded images allow the Golden Shot Photography Awards to use low-resolution images non-exclusively on their website without any compensation. The use of these images will be strictly limited to purposes related to the awards and will not be utilized for any other marketing purposes.

These images will not be resold, and any similar requests will be forwarded to the photographer via email.

The Golden Shot Photography Awards is also authorized to display images of the winners on various social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

By participating in this competition, you agree to the use of your name and images for advertising and promotional purposes without any additional compensation. The Golden Shot Photography Awards and its media partners will not be held responsible for any misuse of your images by third parties.

JUDGING CONDITIONS

Entries will be judged by nominated judges.

Images will be judged category by category. Category winners will be chosen based on the highest individual image score.

The decision of the Golden Shot Photography Awards is final and no appeals are accepted.

Winners will be announced 3 weeks after the final judging.
